Ranchitas Salad

with Ranchitas Nacho Cheese



  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 2 cans of black beans (without the bean broth)
  • 2 cups of corn kernels
  • 1/2 finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 bag of Cheese Nacho Ranchitas
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • Softened Butter as needed
  • 2 finely chopped lettuce heads
  • 3 chopped tomatos


  • Cook the beef alongside with the black beans, the green pepper and the corn kernels, to have something similar to minced meat.
  • Season as needed with pepper, garlic, and cilantro marinade.
  • Stop cooking and now prepare the salad.
  • First, add a layer of lettuce and tomato, then add the beef mix and Yummies’ Cheese Nacho Ranchitas.
  • Garnish with avocado, cream and cheese.
