  • 1 Fish fillet (Tilapia)
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup red pepper chili
  • Cilantro
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon to taste
  • 1 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 Ranchitas Nacho Excitante (or the flavor of your preference)


  • Cut the fillet into cubes.
  • Place the fish in a bowl, add the lemon and orange juice, and season with pepper.
  • Let stand at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Add ½ cup of onion and ½ cup of red chili pepper to the Ranchitas package.
  • Mix the ingredients.
  • Add the fish cubes and finely chopped coriander to the packaging.
  • Accompany by lemon to taste.
