Mini Enchiladas Rancheras

with Natural Ranchitas



  • 5 ounces ground beef
  • 5 ounces chicken, cooked and shredded
  • Season to taste
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 12 Natural Ranchitas chips


  • Season the ground beef and then cook in a skillet.
  • Season the shredded chicken with salt and pepper.
