Chicken Fingers

with Ranchitas Nacho Excitante



  • 1 bag of Ranchitas Nacho Excitante
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts


  • Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  • Cut the breasts into ¾ ”strips.
  • Place the Ranchitas in a bowl and crush them with a mortar or food processor.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg and add the milk.
  • Place each chicken strip in the egg and then cover them with the crushed Ranchitas.
  • Place them on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and oil.
  • Using a brush, brush a little vegetable oil on each strip.
  • Bake 15-17 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Serve with Mazola Lemon Mayonnaise.
