- 1 fish fillet (Tilapia).
- ½ cup red bell pepper.
- Cilantro.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Lime to taste.
- 1 cup lime juice.
- 1 cup orange juice.
- 1 pack Ranchitas Nacho Excitante (or the flavor of your choice).
- Step 1. Cut the fish fillet into cubes.
- Step 2. Place the fish in a bowl, add the lime and orange juice, and season with pepper.
- Step 3. Let rest for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Step 4. Add ½ cup onion and ½ cup red bell pepper inside the Ranchitas package.
- Step 5. Mix the ingredients.
- Step 6. Add the fish cubes and finely chopped cilantro to the package.
- Step 7. Serve with lime to taste.
