Nachos with Meat

with Ranchitas Nacho Cheese



  • A tablespoon of oil
  • Season to taste
  • One pound of ground beef
  • 1 Creole sofrito
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • A cup of chopped tomato
  • Half a cup of red onion, chopped
  • Half a cup of chopped cilantro
  • Half a cup of mozzarella or cheddar cheese to melt
  • 1 family bag of Ranchitas Nacho Queso


  • Marinate the meat with the salt and pepper.
  • Place the tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and cook the meat until it is well cooked.
  • Add the Creole sauce and stir well. Continue adding the water and cook gently until the meat is semi broth.
  • Mix the tomato, onion, and cilantro in a bowl. We booked.
  • Place the Ranchitas Nacho Queso at the base of the plate and then a good portion of the meat.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and take it to a microwave where we melt it.
  • Take out and add the tomato, onion and coriander mixture on top.
